Leading Swedish builder Trivselhus wanted to establish their reputation in the UK for high quality, environmentally friendly construction. They approached us to produce a comprehensive content package and PR materials to promote their current UK developments.
We created videos that brought to life Trivselhus’ unique insulation technology, delivered copy across their print and online materials, and produced press backgrounders ahead of the 2018 launch of Sommar Place.
As a direct result, Sommar Place garnered double-page reviews in national newspapers and tech publications across the UK, dubbed ‘Britain’s smartest home’ by The Sunday Times.
We were also instrumental in enhancing Trivselhus’ relationship with Apple, whose HomeKit product is central to the smart offering. Working closely with both brands, we developed a language designed to support future collaborations.
Almar Woods is a luxury sustainable development surrounded by beautiful woodland. It was built on a former golf course by eco-friendly property firm Trivselhus. The houses are yet to be unveiled to the public.
We are proud to have played a central role in the development’s branding by researching and proposing its distinctively Swedish name. We also created a range of marketing materials, including a specially designed brochure and colourful web content. We will be supporting with further creative content when the launch date for Almar Woods draws closer.
KINGS CROSS REDEVELOPMENT
In 2010, we produced marketing materials relating to the redevelopment of the historic London neighborhood of Kings Cross. In particular, we worked with Kings Cross Central General Partnership Limited to create a full-length book series about the locale’s rich heritage.
From the last battle with the legions of Rome to the Industrial Revolution, the series brought Kings Cross’ historical legacy to life. Most importantly, it served as important research for those thinking of buying in the area. In addition to providing copy for the book, we developed website content and targeted brochures.
BRINSMEAD PIANO FACTORY
We worked with interior and furniture designer Ellie Weideman in 2012 to promote a stylish development in a Victorian industrial building, which was converted into nine flats. Situated in the North London neighborhood of Kentish Town, the property was once the city’s largest musical factory.
Exposed brick work and piano key artwork ensured the building’s rich heritage was retained, while bespoke fittings and upcycled furniture added a contemporary twist. We wrote content for the property’s website and helped to raise awareness about the luxury apartments among prospective buyers. We also created a promotional magazine, which involved detailed research about the building and the historical area in which it is based.
Marmalade Lane is an award-winning energy-efficient co-housing development in Cambridge with shared facilities to encourage people to live more sociably. The innovative initiative, which consists of 42 houses and apartments, was a collaboration between the K1 Co-housing Group, Mole Architects, TOWN and Swedish property firm Trviselhus.
Frank & Lively was hired to produce a brochure and write web content about the unique project. The brochure was designed to entice prospective buyers and highlighted the benefits of co-housing as well the design of Marmalade Lane’s unusual site. The material was of such high quality, it was then repurposed and sold on to UK state agents Savills.
