London School of Marketing: Bringing UK qualifications to the world
The London School of Marketing (LSM) is one of Britain’s most prolific private course providers, providing students with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
Frank & Lively was brought on to digitise the school’s educational content. We produced study guides, eBooks, white papers, sample exams, and filmed lectures relating to hundreds of LSM’s modules. We also created marketing-driven content to increase its global reach.
LSM’s courses are now supported by a comprehensive eLibrary of texts, films and books that can be downloaded or read online, creating a true educational experience at a significantly reduced cost. Today, LSM operates solely online, catering to over 15,000 students across the globe.
AQA: Updating educational content for the UK’s most prominent provider
AQA is an independent education charity, and Britain’s most prominent provider of school and college-level academic qualifications.
Its services form a vital part of the UK’s education system, setting and marking papers for almost half of all GCSEs and A-levels taken every year. It curriculums are taught in 30 countries worldwide.
Every year, AQA updates its educational partners on any changes it makes to its course structures. To acheive this mammoth task, we wrote scripts for short films that focused on more than twenty core subjects, making sure they were clear, concise and engaging.
Legal & General: Internal training to bring a legacy brand into the future
Legal & General is a British firm that provides products and services including insurance, pensions and investment management. The firm presented us with an exciting challenge as far back as 2007 - it wanted to radically revamp its brand and boost its profile across a competitive global stage.
But the new branding it commissioned was nothing like its predecessor. In fact, its new customer-centric branding was so different, the company feared a backlash from its own employees. Our crafting copywriting was employed to win Legal & General’s staff over.
Our efforts paid off. To get employees on board, we created a specially tailored content programme to demonstrate how the new branding was to be applied across multiple departments and product lines.
Throughout the year-long project, we created roughly a hundred visually striking PDFs, brochures and training guides. As a result, Legal & General’s rebrand was a success, championed internally and leading to significant growth for the business.
